私が考える防御型空母の定義を紹介しましょう
「防御型空母」
行動範囲 ＊日本領海及び接続海域と定める。領海同士が接続海域で結ばれていない場合、可能な限り最短距離で横断する事を定める。
活動内容 ＊通常の防衛任務（警戒、監視、データ収集等、防衛活動と認められる内容）人命救助（捜索、救出、災害派遣等、人命救助に関連する内容）及び敵基地反撃任務。
搭載機 ＊上記内容から逸脱しない限り行動範囲を制限しない。
海外派遣 ＊一切認められません（上記に定められた活動範囲を逸脱する為）。
「攻撃型空母」
活動範囲及び活動内容に関して、特に制限が設けられず、国内法及び国際法で正当な軍事活動又は人命救助或いは支援活動と認められる限り使用が認められる物
